Senior Productivity Ecosystem Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead engineering and operational activities for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Implement and manage the Microsoft 365 platform strategy, roadmap, and technical requirements.
• Drive governance, lifecycle management, and security controls across all collaboration services.
• Monitor service health and use telemetry to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop engineering standards, documentation, and best practices for the productivity ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal teams and managed service providers to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide technical consultation and roadmap planning for Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
• Oversee remediation initiatives for permissions, content lifecycle, and storage optimization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture, governance, permissions, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale remediation, optimization, migration, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, automation, and process improvement.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, information governance, and data management capabilities.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, Teams Administrator, SharePoint Administrator, or Exchange Online (preferred).
