M365 Engineer Vice President

What you'll do

• Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and roadmap for all Microsoft 365 platforms and services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of engineers and technical managers to foster innovation.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards for all M365 services.
• Drive the evaluation, pilot, and adoption of AI-powered capabilities like Copilot and the Power Platform.
• Manage operational performance and serve as the executive escalation point for critical Microsoft 365 incidents.

What we're looking for

• 12-15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level IT with at least 10 years focused on Microsoft 365 platforms and services in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing large, geographically dispersed technical teams including managers and individual contributors.
• Demonstrated ability to define, articulate, and execute complex technology strategies and roadmaps for enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Deep architectural and engineering understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune, Purview, Windows 365, and Power Platform.
• Extensive experience managing Microsoft 365 solutions within stringent security, governance, and regulatory frameworks (preferred in financial services).
• Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale Copilot deployments, Power Platform integrations, and advanced automation strategies (preferred).
• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (preferred).
