Solutions Architect, M365 Collab

What you'll do

• Implement Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and Viva.
• Migrate and deploy multiple Microsoft 365 workloads using established company standards and best practices.
• Analyze and collect environment discovery data using proprietary tools and scripts to inform project decisions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation regarding customer environments, integrations, and delivery guidance.
• Collaborate with sales teams to conduct discovery meetings, scope projects, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Provide expert guidance to customers on best practices for Microsoft 365 deployments and technology trends.
• Identify new business opportunities and optimize service offerings to drive revenue growth within the professional services team.
• Evaluate and select hardware and software technologies while recommending improvements based on industry trends.

What we're looking for

• Completed Bachelor’s degree, Technical degree, or related work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.
• 5+ years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• 3+ years of experience working with and migrating Microsoft Collaboration technology.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.
• Intermediate ability to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting and programming languages.
• Intermediate ability to manage infrastructure components such as firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, and monitoring.
