As an M365 Administrator, you will serve as a visionary Service Owner with a Product Owner mindset within the Digital Collaboration Services team. You will define the roadmap and guide engineering priorities for modern Microsoft platforms including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot while managing legacy systems like Lotus Notes and ShareFile. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing MSP-led execution, driving AI enablement, managing service lifecycles, and ensuring security compliance through cross-functional partnerships with Legal and Information Security teams. You will utilize technical skills in Windows 11, Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and PowerShell to ensure a stable user experience. This role focuses on the critical business problem of balancing modern technology adoption and innovation with the stability and risk reduction of legacy infrastructure within an enterprise environment.

What you'll do

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital collaboration services across modern and legacy platforms.
  • Guide engineering priorities and oversee MSP delivery to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and operationally ready.
  • Manage the lifecycle, risk reduction, and migration planning for legacy systems like Lotus Notes and ShareFile.
  • Drive AI enablement and Microsoft Copilot adoption by prioritizing use cases and establishing governance frameworks.
  • Advise business and technology leaders on upcoming Microsoft capabilities, roadmap changes, and adoption opportunities.
  • Oversee MSP performance against SLAs while leading continuous improvement initiatives like automation and self-service.
  • Lead technical escalations to guide troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and the prevention of recurring incidents.
  • Develop change enablement programs including communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement to drive user adoption.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration and digital workplace platforms.
  • Experience managing vendor/MSP ecosystems and modernization initiatives.
  • Hands-on skill or ability to direct others in Azure AD and PowerShell.
  • Experience with agile delivery including refinement, planning, reviews, and outcome measurement.
  • Strong vendor management experience including SLA/OLA performance and continuous service improvement.
  • Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Power Platform) and experience with enterprise governance/security patterns.
  • Experience in a business-facing IT role or providing customer service for an IT service.
