Senior MGX Ecosystem Engineer

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical interface for MGX partners, including OEMs, ODMs, and component suppliers.
• Enable partners to develop high-performance hardware solutions based on MGX platform specifications.
• Lead technical discussions, product reviews, and ecosystem readiness assessments.
• Provide system-level engineering expertise across electrical, mechanical, and thermal domains.
• Support the integration of compute, networking, power delivery, cooling, and mechanical subsystems.
• Define and execute validation strategies for ecosystem hardware solutions.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and onboarding programs for ecosystem partners.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in hardware platform engineering, systems engineering, ecosystem engineering, or technical partner management.
• Knowledge of server, data center, AI infrastructure, networking, storage, or high-performance computing platforms.
• Expertise in at least two and working knowledge of all three: Electrical, Mechanical, and Thermal engineering.
• Experience with the hardware development lifecycle from initial concept through mass production.
• Excellent communication and partner management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25–40%.
• Preferred experience with AI server platforms, GPU-based systems, liquid cooling, or thermal simulation tools.
