What you'll do

Generate system test work products by applying appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
Develop test programs, design test fixtures, and complete specifications for new products.
Develop functional, environmental, operational, and performance tests on hardware, software, and systems.
Operate and troubleshoot Linux-based test environments, executing test scripts and automated sequences.
Support the setup, configuration, and operation of Pod Ground Control Stations and System Test Stations.
Develop and execute test procedures, plans, and reports while maintaining accurate test logs.
Record and analyze test data, identify trends, and report findings to engineering leadership.
Document test anomalies and Failure Reports while participating in root cause analysis and failure investigation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics plus 2 years of relevant work experience.
Master's degree plus 6 months of relevant work experience.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including command line operations, scripting, and system administration.
Experience writing and executing formal test procedures in a structured engineering environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with DoD weapons systems programs and MIL-STD test and safety requirements (preferred).
