Senior Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement software and hardware test methods for high-volume medical device manufacturing.
• Develop manufacturing test solutions using automated test equipment, custom electrical hardware, and mechanical fixturing.
• Perform formal verification and validation of all test software and hardware components.
• Debug and verify test methods using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and arbitrary waveform generators.
• Document test requirements, plans, designs, verification, risk assessments, and reports following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Execute Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) studies and perform statistical analysis on the results.
• Participate in project planning to manage resourcing, schedules, and equipment requirements.

What we're looking for

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Requires an advanced degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Experience developing software applications using ATE to test PCBs or electronic systems (preferred).
• Experience designing, developing, and debugging dedicated hardware and software (preferred).
• Experience utilizing LabVIEW and TestStand to develop automated test applications (preferred).
• Experience with test application development procedures and technical documentation generation (preferred).
• Ability to demonstrate fundamental statistical analysis and project management skills (preferred).
