As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will join the team building the Autonomy Services Platform to ensure the reliability of software supporting intelligent machines and autonomous operations. You will design and build automated test frameworks for Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven services, and distributed workflows. Your daily work involves creating API, contract, integration, performance, and resilience tests while utilizing AI-assisted coding platforms like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to accelerate test generation and data creation. You will validate asynchronous processing, state transitions, and idempotency while integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. The role requires expertise in Java 17+, JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, WireMock, REST Assured, Cucumber, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka. You will solve complex problems regarding software quality for mission-critical systems involving robotics, machine integration, and simulation-based testing.
