Senior Product Service Engineer

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve hardware and software issues for MineStar mining technology.
• Provide 24x7x365 incident management and technical support to customers and dealers.
• Diagnose application problems and implement corrective actions or permanent resolutions.
• Advocate for customers by reporting product defects and improvement ideas to engineering teams.
• Participate in New Product Introduction projects and complete field development deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between implementation, product development, and support teams to ensure change management.
• Create and maintain a support environment that facilitates diagnostics and customer connectivity.
• Communicate troubleshooting status and technical updates directly to dealers.

What we're looking for

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week and travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be able to work in open pit mine environments and complete regulatory safety training.
• Must have knowledge of problem-solving tools, data gathering, and analysis techniques.
• Must possess technical excellence in understanding technologies and providing solutions to technical challenges.
• Must have knowledge of customer service concepts and the ability to align with customer needs.
• Proven experience troubleshooting customer problems with mining technology (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Service Engineer for hardware, software, and on-machine solutions (preferred).
