Senior Product Manager, GTM Strategist

What you'll do

• Develop training, playbooks, and battlecards to enable account teams to lead conversations about bots and fraud.
• Participate in and lead direct customer calls to gather feedback on what messaging resonates.
• Create high-quality marketing assets and interactive content for the field to use independently.
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for both practitioners and executives.
• Build demo environments and proof-of-concept guides to support the sales team.
• Develop certification programs and competitive intelligence to empower the broader organization.
• Collaborate with the product team to shape strategy based on direct field experience.

What we're looking for

• You must be able to explain complex technical concepts like browser automation, TLS fingerprinting, and ML scoring to both practitioners and executives.
• You must have experience in Product or Product Marketing with a focus on high technical depth and customer interaction.
• You must have experience selling or evangelizing hard technical products to skeptical buyers.
• You must be able to build your own demos using AI harnesses, Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Experience selling, marketing, or evangelizing bot management, anti-fraud, or application security (preferred).
• Familiarity with Cloudflare's broader platform including WAF, CDN, Zero Trust, and Workers (preferred).
• Hands-on experience deploying Bot Management, Turnstile, or similar in production (preferred).
• Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
