What you'll do

  • Define and maintain the multi-quarter product roadmap for lead capture, scoring, routing, and conversion within the GTM technology stack.
  • Translate business requirements from Marketing, Sales, and RevOps into prioritized system capabilities and actionable technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary product voice to resolve ambiguities between business needs and engineering constraints.
  • Mentor Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) by teaching product thinking, requirement structuring, and roadmap communication.
  • Manage the product backlog by triaging intake requests from stakeholders based on impact and effort.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and data-flow diagrams to guide engineering and administrative development.
  • Define and report on success metrics such as lead response time, routing accuracy, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with architects on Salesforce and MarTech integration designs to ensure scalability and technical alignment.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, or Marketing/Revenue Operations technology roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity processes including lead capture, scoring, routing, and conversion.
  • Hands-on familiarity with the GTM tech stack, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and communicate multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading initiatives end-to-end across Marketing and Sales departments while managing competing priorities.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to engage with engineering on API design, data modeling, and integration trade-offs without writing code.
  • Experience mentoring or upskilling analysts and BSAs in product thinking and requirements structuring.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, data governance, or prior people-management experience (preferred).
