What we're looking for

About 5-8 years in product management, including senior ownership of technical products.
A record of shipping AI/ML or LLM features such as conversational AI, agents, or RAG.
Understanding of how LLM systems fit together and the tradeoffs among quality, latency, and cost.
Skill in presenting complex topics clearly to senior audiences.
Analytical approach and comfort using data to guide decisions.
Comfort with ambiguity and change.
Experience with agentic systems, LLMOps, or responsible-AI practices (preferred).
Background in personalization, segmentation, or CDPs (preferred).
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform products (AEM, Target, AEP) (preferred).
