Senior Product Engineer, Container Services

What you'll do

• Identify customer needs and workflow gaps across CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and Kubernetes.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities based on customer value and technical feasibility.
• Design, implement, test, and release production software for bounded platform components.
• Build APIs, integrations, and automation to simplify developer and operator workflows.
• Improve automated testing, deployment processes, observability, and secure development practices.
• Create documentation, examples, and demonstrations to guide customer adoption of new features.
• Participate in operational maintenance, incident response, and on-call support for owned components.
• Analyze customer feedback and telemetry data to guide continuous product improvements.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of experience developing, releasing, and supporting production software in distributed systems or cloud infrastructure.
• Must have strong programming skills in Java or Go.
• Must have experience using Python for automation.
• Must have knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and reliable service design.
• Must have the ability to translate customer needs into requirements and prioritize work.
• Must have a degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, container networking, or infrastructure serving multiple tenants is preferred.
