As part of NVIDIA’s Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will play a crucial role in productizing cutting-edge GPUs into consumer, professional, and datacenter markets. Your responsibilities include designing FT test processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency, identifying yield bottlenecks, analyzing test failures on ATE, proposing DOEs for complex characterization problems, and leading cross-functional efforts with design, foundry, DFT, test, planning, and quality teams to solve technical issues. You will also influence future ASIC designs to improve test coverage and product yield. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of relevant background, proficiency in digital design, circuit analysis, characterization, and qualification, knowledge of ATE test flows, DFT principles, and statistical data analysis using JMP software. Hands-on skills with Advantest 93K tester, logic/SRAM characterization, and scripting/programming (Python or Perl) are highly valued.
