As a Senior Product Delivery Associate, Chase Travel, you will join the Travel Product team as a Business User Acceptance Testing Lead to ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms. You will own the business testing strategy by designing practical test approaches, creating end-to-end user acceptance testing plans, and translating complex business use cases into executable scripts. Your daily work involves coordinating test data setup, managing multiple workstreams in an Agile environment, and communicating risks to stakeholders. To succeed, you must possess experience with web and mobile applications for Android and iOS, along with proficiency in Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Jira, and Confluence. You will also utilize tools like Quality Center, qTest, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or Postman to manage testing efforts and ensure reliable outcomes within the banking and financial services domain.
Own the business testing strategy and execution for web and mobile platforms.
Create end-to-end user acceptance testing plans for product releases.
Translate business use cases into executable test scenarios and scripts.
Coordinate test data setup and conditioning to support reliable execution.
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution in an Agile environment.
Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring high attention to detail.
Provide structured status updates regarding progress, dependencies, and risks.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of total professional experience.
At least 3 years of quality assurance experience.
Experience testing both web and mobile applications, including Android and iOS.
Experience with functional test automation tools and technologies such as Selenium, Java, and Cucumber.
Experience using workflow and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex testing efforts across cross-functional teams.
Experience with test management tools (Quality Center/ALM, qTest), native mobile app automation, API test automation tools, or banking experience (preferred).
