Auto Product Manager, Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial customer research and discovery through launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Drive product discovery using data-driven techniques to make informed decisions for new features and experiences.
• Manage multiple simultaneous complex strategic initiatives to modernize experiences for customers, OEMs, and dealers.
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation, scalability, and process improvements within the automotive ecosystem.
• Use systems thinking to articulate end-to-end solutions and find synergies among stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Conduct training sessions and walkthroughs to update user groups and third-party vendors on new products.
• Ensure all products adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading customer-facing product initiatives including strategy development, roadmaps, and execution.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts within a complex matrix organization.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience with customer experience analytics and product operating models.
• Demonstrated experience in a product manager role (preferred).
• Understanding of business processes, systems, and modern technology stacks (preferred).
• Knowledge of AI applications and ability to automate stories and acceptance testing (preferred); Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred).
