What you'll do

Manage the personalization product roadmap, backlog, requirements, and prioritization.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in product management, digital, technology, fin-tech, banking, strategy, or consulting.
Experience developing roadmaps and immersive experiences to impact customer engagement and acquisition.
Ability to analyze problems using quantitative analytical approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently through ambiguity and manage program execution in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to partner with technology scrum teams to translate product requirements into user stories and sizing estimates.
Experience with AI, Machine Learning, system architecture, or the advertising ecosystem (preferred).
