What you'll do

Translate business priorities into a multi-quarter product roadmap and measurable outcomes.
Lead discovery for new concepts by assessing customer value, business value, and technical feasibility.
Manage prioritized backlogs including epics and user stories across multiple scrum and data science teams.
Partner with technology teams to drive sprint planning, refinement, and execution while removing blockers.
Coordinate with consumer and merchant product teams to align experiences and shared milestones.
Manage third-party partner relationships to align roadmaps, timelines, and integration needs.
Define and report on product performance using analytics and trends to guide iteration.
Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure governance and control requirements.

What we're looking for

4+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to large-scale program or product delivery.
Experience working in agile delivery environments and supporting sprint-based execution.
Ability to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for technology partners.
Experience developing roadmaps and customer experiences that drive engagement and acquisition.
Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills across multiple workstreams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready updates and presentations.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strategic thinking and execution discipline.
Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
