Senior Product Associate

What you'll do

• Define and deliver AI agentic experiences for learning mapped to specific business outcomes.
• Build and manage AI agents that generate learning content in multiple formats.
• Benchmark and evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for business impact.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and technical documentation to implementation and scaling.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user guides for AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists to deliver products on time.
• Ensure all AI implementations adhere to firmwide governance, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement of AI solutions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management or project management experience focused on technology or AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
• Proven experience benchmarking, onboarding, and scaling new technologies within a large organization.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation and process guides.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-phase projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
