Senior Product Associate

What you'll do

• Define and deliver AI agentic experiences for learning aligned with segment-specific outcomes.
• Build and manage AI agents to generate learning content in various formats.
• Benchmark and evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify business opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI products on time and within scope.
• Ensure all AI implementations adhere to firmwide governance, compliance, and ethical standards.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product or project management with a focus on AI-driven products
• Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning and natural language processing
• Proven ability to benchmark, onboard, and scale new technologies in large organizations
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects using Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated capability in writing clear technical documentation and process guides
• Knowledge of compliance, governance, and ethical considerations in AI implementations
