Senior Product Associate, Journeys & Integration

What you'll do

• Identify new product opportunities through user research and market analysis.
• Map customer journeys to inform the strategic product roadmap and feature development.
• Write detailed requirements, epics, and user stories for the engineering teams.
• Translate complex business strategies into actionable technical requirements and audience specifications.
• Analyze and track key performance metrics across the entire product development lifecycle.
• Execute end-to-end personalization strategies to deliver omni-channel customer experiences.
• Maximize existing technology stack capabilities while identifying future state infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate modeling into the delivery framework.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition.
• Functional understanding of SQL.
• Martech expertise with technical literacy in audience building, CRM systems, and marketing automation suites like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to communicate both technical language to engineers and business language to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, audience building, and real-time decisioning engines.
• Advanced stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAFe or Scrum operational structures (preferred); experience in a highly matrixed organization (preferred).
