Senior Product Associate, Employee Platforms

What you'll do

• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear epics, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Manage a prioritized product backlog based on data signals like usage analytics and risk findings.
• Drive roadmap execution for external collaboration capabilities aligned to measurable KPIs like adoption and NPS.
• Partner with engineering teams to define technical designs, security requirements, and system scalability.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, defect triage, and release readiness tracking.
• Evaluate vendor platforms and features by documenting trade-offs and supporting procurement workflows.
• Enable secure external access patterns through identity controls and authentication flow management.
• Monitor operational health by reviewing incidents and tracking reliability metrics like MTTR.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product, platform, or technology delivery roles supporting SaaS collaboration or enterprise IT services.
• Ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria while managing a prioritized backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of external identity and access concepts such as Microsoft Entra ID B2B or equivalent federation models.
• Familiarity with modern authentication and authorization patterns including OAuth 2.0, tokens, consent, and app permissions.
• Ability to analyze adoption and support data to propose prioritization changes and define success metrics.
• Proven stakeholder management skills to align diverse groups on scope, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, information security, compliance, and risk partners.
• Understanding of release readiness fundamentals including UAT, change management, and operational handoffs.
