Senior Associate, Product Management - US Card joins the Customer Services & Strategy team to drive innovation within the core card ecosystem. This role focuses on building technology-led, data-driven products across critical areas including Fraud, Recoveries, Collections, and Digital Servicing. You will translate high-level business visions into technical execution by managing platform and data modernization, defining strategic roadmaps, and prioritizing backlogs to decommission legacy systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve collaborating with engineering, design, and risk teams to build robust infrastructure for agent tools, payment offerings, and dispute management. The role requires proficiency in agile development, hypothesis-driven assessment of data, and the ability to translate complex requirements into user stories and MVPs. You will solve essential banking problems by creating scalable systems that manage millions of interactions while ensuring compliance and seamless customer experiences across various back-end and front-facing platforms.
Translate high-level business visions into detailed technical execution plans and product requirements.
Partner with engineering teams to decommission legacy systems and build modern data capabilities.
Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and ruthlessly prioritize backlogs based on business value.
Act as the primary bridge between business, technology, risk, and design teams to deliver outcomes.
Design and implement a suite of preventative controls directly into platform architectures.
Break down complex business epics into actionable features and user stories for development.
Use data-driven assessments to ensure product features meet specific business needs and goals.
Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps to stakeholders to demonstrate value and progress.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a product owner in an agile development process with cross-functional teams.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
