As a Senior Product Associate - Branch Operations, you will join the Branch Operations Product team to define requirements, measurement strategies, and success metrics for new capabilities. What you'll do

Identify new product opportunities through user research and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
Define business requirements, success metrics, and reporting needs in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
Write detailed requirements, epics, and user stories to support the product development lifecycle.
Analyze and track key performance indicators including adoption, operational performance, and customer experience.
Monitor and manage Product Health KPIs such as backlog health, epic quality, and delivery timeliness.
Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
Map customer journeys and conduct product discovery to identify features that provide value to users.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
Experience in product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, epics, features, and user stories with technology teams.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Digital, and Operations teams in a matrixed environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders and present recommendations to leadership.
Experience in financial services or retail banking; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or user-centered design (preferred).
