What we're looking for

12+ years of related experience in system-level product development with a grasp of technical and business aspects.
Deep understanding of computer system hardware, including mechanical racks, thermal requirements, cabling, and platform stack-ups.
Experience working within data center environments to translate infrastructure needs into scalable hardware solutions.
Proven ability to communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across engineering and business teams.
Skilled in project management.
Degree in Hardware Engineering or a related field (preferred).
