What you'll do

Configure, build, and test ruggedized server configurations in a lab to meet telecom and edge requirements.
Develop and execute system-level test and validation plans for new server products.
Deploy and validate firmware, BIOS, BMC, and OS stacks across various hardware configurations.
Translate ambiguous customer issues into actionable validation plans and perform root cause analysis.
Represent the voice of the telco and service-provider customer in global technical requirements discussions.
Resolve complex integration challenges involving hardware, firmware, and operating system layers.
Manage concurrent validation workloads across multiple stakeholders and competing program deadlines.

What we're looking for

Must have 8+ years experience with a Bachelor's, 6+ with a Master's, or 3+ with a PhD (or equivalent).
Experience validating server hardware including firmware/BIOS/BMC bring-up and OS deployment is strongly preferred.
Expertise in computer architecture (x86, ARM), electrical engineering, and hardware development (motherboard, PCIe, DDR).
Proficiency in hardware and firmware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and server hardware configuration for rack or blade servers.
Experience developing and executing test strategies and system-level validation across hardware, firmware, BIOS, and OS layers.
Knowledge of environmental, thermal, and EMC/regulatory validation such as NEBS, ETSI, or MIL-STD.
Exposure to ruggedized, telecom, or edge platforms is preferred.
Bachelor's degree.
