What you'll do

Develop evaluation and test plans by analyzing system requirements, acquisition plans, and concept of operations documents.
Support the development of Government test and evaluation documentation including strategies, master plans, and readiness assessments.
Execute performance data collection plans and conduct event-level testing to synchronize data with decision points.
Apply statistical analysis to characterize performance behavior and characterize confidence in performance estimates.
Specify, validate, and adapt modeling and simulation tools for test and evaluation use.
Manage T&E resources and tasks while ensuring quality assurance of all test processes and products.
Provide technical direction and guidance to junior test engineers and recommend draft plans for leadership approval.
Serve as the primary liaison to the government for contract coordination, task execution, and issue communication.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma with 12 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8 years of experience.
Active and current TS/SCI security clearance with a Polygraph.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience conducting research into and applying knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts.
Experience planning and executing performance analysis.
Experience reviewing acquisition approaches to support T&E schedule alignment and analyzing performance risk areas.
Experience specifying, validating, and adapting Modeling and Simulation for T&E use.
Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements (preferred).
Experience with CNO development concepts (preferred).
