PLM Engineer, DBA/Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Develop custom Teamcenter ITK services, SOA integrations, and Active Workspace extensions.
• Manage the PLM platform's database through performance tuning, indexing, and backup/recovery operations.
• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Teamcenter systems to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Build and execute load and performance tests to validate system capacity before production releases.
• Automate recurring tasks and infrastructure workflows using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Resolve complex technical issues regarding product data, BOMs, change management, and configuration management.
• Monitor application, database, and server health to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience administering Teamcenter environments in production.
• Must possess deep Teamcenter architecture knowledge including deployment models, FMS, Pool Manager, Dispatcher, and TcServer.
• Must be able to deploy BMIDE packages and administer Active Workspace.
• Must perform Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes.
• Must have strong DBA fundamentals including performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, and backup/recovery.
• Must be proficient in log analysis and troubleshooting across database, application, and server tiers.
• Must manage high availability, disaster recovery, and patching for large enterprise applications.
• Must have U.S. Person status to access export controlled data.
