PLM Solution Analyst

What you'll do

• Improve connected digital tools, data, and processes to enable product development and operational efficiency.
• Identify future-state capabilities to transform engineering and product development processes.
• Apply New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle knowledge to improve process efficiency and business outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices like MBSE, digital twins, and digital thread initiatives.
• Streamline Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes by improving product configuration and options management.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions that simplify processes and improve data quality.
• Integrate AI, machine learning, and analytics capabilities into business processes to improve decision-making.
• Promote best practices and change management to help teams adapt to new tools and workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA (preferred).
• 6-8 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, digital transformation, or systems implementation within complex organizations.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM), product portfolio management, manufacturing, or engineering processes.
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter and NX.
• Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI), product configuration, BOM management, lifecycle management, workflows, and approval processes.
• Familiarity with system implementation methodologies and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Experience in consulting, business transformation, or process improvement roles (preferred).
• Experience working in complex, fast-paced manufacturing or product development environments (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications (preferred).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms (preferred).
