What you'll do

  • Identify opportunities for automation, system modernization, and business process improvements to enhance engineering productivity.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, milestones, resource plans, financial tracking, and risk controls.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, integrated plans, and measurable success criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and change management phases.
  • Manage project financials including budget tracking, capital allocation requests, and vendor spend analysis.
  • Conduct executive readouts, steering committee updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure transparency.
  • Track execution metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, and team leads on program management practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
  • 15+ years of project/program management experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Proven ability to lead complex enterprise technology programs, software development initiatives, and digital transformation efforts.
  • Strong technical fluency to translate complex engineering and IT concepts into clear business language for senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and related reporting platforms.
  • Experience overseeing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Teamcenter and Windchill.
  • Experience overseeing MCAD/ECAD applications like NX, Creo, E3.series, or OrCAD.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, Prosci, ITIL, Six Sigma, or related certifications are preferred.
