What you'll do

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, milestones, delivery strategies, resource plans, and risk controls.
Lead multifunctional teams through design, architecture, development, integration, testing, deployment, and change management.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, integrated plans, and measurable success criteria.
Manage project financial processes including budget tracking, capital allocation, purchase orders, and vendor spend.
Identify opportunities for automation and system modernization to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
Conduct project reviews, steering committee updates, and executive readouts to ensure transparency and accountability.
Track execution metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Mentor and coach project managers, scrum masters, and business analysts on program management practices.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required.
Advanced degree or business/technology management education (preferred).
15+ years of program/project management experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, or enterprise IT environments.
Experience leading complex enterprise technology, engineering application, product development, or digital transformation programs.
Experience managing global, cross-functional, and matrixed project teams across different time zones.
Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and MCAD/ECAD applications (preferred).
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, Prosci, ITIL, Six Sigma, or related certifications (preferred).
