What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code for global authentication and authorization systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations to ensure service availability.
Analyze system performance and implement improvements for scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
Build automation to reduce operational toil and improve monitoring, alerting, and documentation.
Drive features from initial design through deployment while owning specific service components.
Mentor interns and junior engineers on day-to-day engineering practices and technical standards.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Strong programming skills in Java, Go, C++, Python, or a similar language are required.
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices with a solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals is required.
Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and cloud computing concepts is required.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern development practices is required.
Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP or PCI DSS is required.
Experience with IAM systems, public cloud platforms, observability tools, or applied cryptography is preferred.
