JOB TITLE: Senior Platform Software Engineer As a Senior Platform Software Engineer on the Identity and Access Management team, you will design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable cloud services powering global authentication and authorization systems. What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code for authentication and authorization systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations to ensure service health.
Analyze system performance to implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
Build automation to reduce operational toil and improve monitoring and alerting.
Own specific service components from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
Mentor interns and junior engineers on day-to-day engineering practices.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
3 to 5+ years of experience is required.
Strong programming skills in Java, Go, C++, Python, or a similar language are required.
Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, REST APIs, and microservices is required.
Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and cloud computing concepts is required.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern development practices is required.
Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP or PCI DSS is required.
Experience with IAM systems, public cloud platforms, and observability tools is preferred.
