What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native microservices for global authentication and authorization systems.
Build highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in peer code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and manage incident response activities.
Analyze system performance to implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve monitoring, alerting, and service health.
Mentor interns and junior engineers on day-to-day engineering practices and technical standards.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, C++, or Python is required.
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices is required.
Knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming is required.
Understanding of cloud computing concepts, service-oriented architectures, and modern development practices like CI/CD is required.
Experience with Git, automated testing, and observability tools is preferred.
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and public cloud platforms is preferred.
