What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native microservices for global authentication and authorization systems.
Build highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in peer code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability.
Analyze system performance and implement improvements for scalability and operational excellence.
Automate manual processes to reduce operational toil and improve monitoring and alerting.
Mentor interns and junior engineers on day-to-day engineering practices and technical standards.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency is required in programming languages such as Java, Go, C++, or Python.
Experience is required in developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming is required.
Candidates must understand cloud computing concepts, service-oriented architectures, and modern CI/CD practices.
Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP or PCI DSS is required.
Preferred experience includes Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and public cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
