What you'll do

Own and evolve bounded platform components, including service modules and SDK areas, for multi-tenant use.
Develop and maintain multi-language software development kits (SDKs) and command-line interfaces (CLIs).
Perform deep debugging and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues across the service graph and API integrations.
Implement performance optimization, scalability strategies, and resilience patterns for cloud infrastructure services.
Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding practices and established development standards.
Design and implement software architecture aligned with predefined system requirements and best practices.
Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, monitoring, and observability for high-availability systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding product issues and feature enhancements.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience in software development is required (3 to 5+ years).
Proficiency in Java and Python is required.
Knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Distributed Systems, and AI Agents is required.
3–6 years of experience in software development with a focus on SDKs, APIs, developer tools, or libraries (preferred).
Proficiency in one or two programming languages including Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or .NET (preferred).
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and API client patterns (preferred).
Experience with cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, SDK automation, code generation tools, or OpenAPI (preferred).
