What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native microservices for global authentication and authorization systems.
Build highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems to support core infrastructure.
Write high-quality, well-tested code while participating in technical design reviews and peer code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and manage incident response activities.
Analyze system performance and implement improvements for scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
Automate manual processes to reduce operational toil and improve monitoring and alerting systems.
Mentor junior engineers and interns on day-to-day engineering practices and technical standards.

What we're looking for

Must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Go, C++, Python, or similar.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, system design, and cloud computing concepts.
Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and working with Unix/Linux systems.
Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and SQL.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and troubleshooting production issues.
Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP or PCI DSS.
Experience with IAM systems, public cloud platforms, observability tools, or applied cryptography (preferred).
