What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native microservices for global authentication and authorization systems.
Build highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in peer code reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and perform incident response activities.
Analyze system performance to implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve monitoring, alerting, and service health.
Mentor interns and junior engineers on day-to-day engineering practices.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency is required in programming languages such as Java, Go, C++, or Python.
Experience is required in developing REST APIs and microservices within distributed systems.
Knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous programming is required.
Candidates must understand cloud computing concepts, service-oriented architectures, and modern CI/CD practices.
Understanding of system security, authentication protocols, and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP or PCI DSS is required.
Preferred experience includes IAM systems, public cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP), and observability tools.
