What you'll do

  • Manage the threat intelligence partnership portfolio, including external data feeds and internal intelligence-sharing programs.
  • Drive the full lifecycle management for intelligence partnerships, including onboarding, governance, renewals, and performance tracking.
  • Manage AI model access programs, including vendor coordination, usage tracking, and cross-functional deployment alignment.
  • Translate model capabilities into actionable project plans with clear milestones and success criteria for Engineering and Product teams.
  • Lead program management for high-visibility ThreatOps engagements, such as industry evaluations and annual threat reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to mitigate risks and deliver regular status updates to leadership.
  • Maintain structured program cadences, including decision logs, dependency tracking, and KPI reporting across all workstreams.
  • Identify operational friction and implement process improvements or new tooling to enhance delivery efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 7 or more years of experience in technical program management, project management, or service delivery within a technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including contract governance, SLAs, data-sharing agreements, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, vendor model access programs, or related technical program management in an AI-adjacent domain.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project deliverables and success criteria for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with cybersecurity solutions (EDR, XDR, threat intelligence platforms) or security operations (preferred).
  • Experience with threat intelligence programs, MITRE ATT&CK framework, or threat reporting (preferred).
