What you'll do

  • Own the silicon bring-up schedule from initial power-on to final production release.
  • Negotiate and manage chip and board demand with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and drive bottom-up wafer forecasts for manufacturing.
  • Oversee prototype chip delivery and distribution to internal customers.
  • Track engineering deliverables, key milestones, and qualification tasks during new product introduction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to program schedules and production timelines.
  • Evaluate and improve internal tools and processes to increase team productivity.
  • Implement software tools for data analytics and process evaluation.

What we're looking for

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Program Management, ASIC Product Engineering, or ASIC design.
  • Deep understanding of ASIC Technology and Productization requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with technical and business teams.
  • Ability to work independently, follow complex procedures, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.
