The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize circuit design and contribute to the architecture of next-generation memory systems. Essential qualifications include a MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, 4+ years in high-speed DRAM or SerDes interface design, expertise in deep submicron CMOS FinFET processes, and proficiency with Cadence custom design tools and circuit simulators such as Hspice and Spectre. Additional skills like Verilog, Nanotime, and hands-on silicon debug experience are highly valued.

What we're looking for
4+ years of high-speed DRAM (LPDDR5/6, DDR4/5, GDDR5/6/7, HBM3/4) or SerDes interface design experience.
MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with expertise in deep submicron CMOS FinFET processes and circuit issues.
Strong understanding of device reliability, ESD, Latch-Up requirements, and system-level timing budgets.
Proficient in Cadence custom design tools and various circuit simulators (Hspice, XA, FineSim, Spectre).
Familiarity with package substrate, board development, and power delivery systems.
