What you'll do

  • Design high-speed interfaces and complex mixed-signal circuits using state-of-the-art CMOS technologies.
  • Develop architecture and transistor-level circuit design for data converters and associated blocks.
  • Collaborate with mask designers on physical design and support silicon evaluation with characterization groups.
  • Conduct architecture studies, circuit designs, simulations, floor-planning, and reliability verifications.
  • Support technology transfer to product development teams by instructing and guiding them.

What we're looking for

  • BSEE or equivalent; MS preferred
  • 6+ years of industry experience in deep-submicron CMOS technologies
  • Hands-on design experience in high-speed analog circuits and data converters
  • Proficiency in custom circuit design tools (Cadence ADE-L, ADE-XL)
  • Experience with simulation tools like Spectre, HSPICE, MATLAB, System Verilog
  • Understanding of DRC and LVS results using verification tools (Calibre, ICV)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new technologies
