What you'll do

Configure and program complex Operation Technology (OT) systems for manufacturing processes, utilities, and facilities control.
Lead small to medium-sized automation projects from inception through implementation according to project schedules.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for assigned OT systems.
Manage the full lifecycle of OT system deliverables, including validation activities and functional design documentation.
Perform administrative tasks such as operating system updates, user account management, and critical data backups.
Implement and validate system upgrades and data migrations for DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Data Historian systems.
Provide training to users and engineers on new automation technologies and process control applications.
Offer technical recommendations for manufacturing operation improvements and process control optimizations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with relevant experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with relevant experience.
Experience administering and/or configuring Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Emerson DeltaV or Foxboro I/A.
Experience with SCADA, PLCs, ladder logic, and instructional texts.
Experience with commissioning, qualification activities, and computerized systems validation.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing processes and regulatory expectations.
Exposure to FDA, GMP, 21CFR11, Data Integrity, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
HMI graphics development, data historian administration, and Windows Server OS management (preferred).
