What you'll do

Configure and program complex Operation Technology (OT) systems for manufacturing processes, utilities, and facilities control.
Lead small to medium-sized automation projects from inception through implementation according to project schedules.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for automation applications and process control systems.
Develop and execute OT system lifecycle deliverables, including validation activities and technical documentation.
Manage and maintain OT infrastructure, including operating systems, antivirus updates, user accounts, and data backups.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Data Historian systems.
Provide training to users and engineers on new automation technologies and process control applications.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to schedule maintenance and system changes during off-peak hours.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience is required.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience is required.
Experience administering and configuring Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Emerson DeltaV or Foxboro I/A is required.
Experience with SCADA and PLCs, including ladder logic programming and instructional texts, is required.
Experience with commissioning, qualification activities, and computerized systems validation is required.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing processes, regulatory expectations, FDA, GMP, 21CFR11, and Data Integrity is required.
Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, and networking protocols like TCP/IP is preferred.
Experience with data historian systems such as OSIsoft PI is preferred.
