What you'll do

Develop and modify electronic batch record programming based on design documents and functional requirements.
Provide first-line technical support and training for automation systems to production and maintenance personnel.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues within control systems.
Perform system upgrades and data migrations for DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Data Historian platforms.
Develop and execute qualification protocols and technical documentation for OT systems lifecycle validation.
Manage routine administration tasks including operating system updates, user accounts, and critical data backups.
Provide production support during off-peak hours, including potential overtime, nights, or weekends.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
A Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is accepted in lieu of experience.
Candidates must have hands-on experience configuring Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Emerson and Delta V.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with Electronic Batch Record software such as POMs.
Candidates must have hands-on experience programming in ladder logic and instructional texts.
Experience with HMI graphics development is preferred.
Knowledge of Data Historian systems such as OSIsoft PI is preferred.
Experience with commissioning and qualification activities is desirable.
