Senior Product Acceleration Specialist

What you'll do

• Provide architectural guidance and troubleshooting for complex implementation patterns to Global 2000 enterprise accounts.
• Support New Product Introductions by developing Proofs of Concept, demonstrations, and technical enablement assets.
• Assist customer development teams with SDK implementations, custom Actions, and modern full-stack application patterns.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and Product Management to identify feature gaps and influence the product roadmap.
• Create reusable code samples, documentation, and training materials for internal teams and external partners.
• Utilize AI tools and LLM workflows to accelerate code generation, debugging, and technical analysis.
• Manage multiple concurrent technical engagements while responding rapidly to high-priority customer escalations.

What we're looking for

• You must have 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical field role within a Go-To-Market organization for enterprise accounts.
• You must have expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) patterns.
• You must be able to read, write, and debug full-stack application code using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Mobile SDKs.
• You must have a deep understanding of identity federation, access control frameworks, and protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
• You must possess in-depth knowledge of the CIAM threat landscape to design resilient authentication flows against traditional and emerging threats.
• You must have a demonstrated history of navigating complex IT landscapes and cloud architectures for Global 2000 customers.
• You must be able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and guide senior engineering leaders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
