Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering, Claims Adjudication

What you'll do

• Manage assigned functional areas through detailed project planning, resource allocation, and skillset mapping.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to resources based on specific project requirements.
• Deliver all projects and programs on time and within budget without compromising quality or scope.
• Lead the development and delivery of innovative AI tools aligned with strategic goals.
• Perform periodic performance assessments and provide formal feedback for CVS and vendor resources.
• Manage recruitment, selection processes, and offshore vendor relationships.
• Consult with business and IT stakeholders to ensure project expectations and SLAs are met.
• Ensure team adherence to work documentation, certification, and audit requirements.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in information technology principles, development methodologies, and use of platforms or software products.
• 7+ years of experience mentoring and supervising full-time employees and managing onsite and offshore vendor relationships.
• 5+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationship building.
• 5+ years of experience leading large or multiple application teams to deliver projects and initiatives effectively.
• 5+ years of technology development experience in Design, Coding, and Testing for Cloud, Web, or Legacy technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Health Care and PBM background (preferred).
• IBMi/AS400 Series and Cloud experience (preferred).
