What you'll do

Define and execute engineering strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
Gather requirements from stakeholders to clarify expectations and align project priorities.
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure reliable software delivery.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate and improve engineering processes and methodologies to increase productivity.
Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to foster professional growth.
Contribute to solution design and architecture in collaboration with product teams.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience designing and building highly scalable software engineering solutions.
3+ years of experience as a technical lead/backend subject matter expert and managing teams.
5+ years of experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
5+ years of experience in independently managing deliverables.
3+ years of experience in microservices architecture.
3+ years of exposure to leading cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma plus 4 years relevant experience).
Functional knowledge and experience of Pharmacy (preferred); excellent communication skills (preferred).
