Senior Manager, Signals Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage the development of large-scale intelligence systems for threat tracking and cyber defense.
• Oversee the creation of malware triage systems, Agentic-driven platforms, and cloud forensic technologies.
• Develop and maintain MCP servers with a focus on database management and RBAC security.
• Lead the design and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Drive research into emerging threats to develop innovative solutions for complex security problems.
• Manage multi-team projects by setting priorities, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Mentor team members on advanced data security techniques like encryption, hashing, and access management.
• Oversee the talent acquisition pipeline including interviewing and managing career development for staff.

What we're looking for

• Must possess 10+ years of experience in the field.
• Must hold a security clearance.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Cloud architecture is required.
• Experience in large-scale security systems development for major hyperscale clouds like OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
• Expertise in threat intelligence, including tracking tactics, techniques, and procedures of adversaries, is required.
• Knowledge of structured queries for logs and formulating signatures such as YARA, Snort, Suricata, and Bro/Zeek is required.
• Experience in static and dynamic malware analysis and research is required.
• Reverse Engineering skills are a plus.
