Senior Manager, Security Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop and integrate security testing tools into engineering workflows to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Establish protocols for security violation escalation and manage communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct compliance assessments and coach employees on meeting internal and external security obligations.
• Oversee the implementation of data security techniques including encryption, hashing, masking, and access management.
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the resilience of critical systems.
• Manage large-scale security projects while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Drive research into emerging security trends and innovative techniques to solve complex problems.
• Manage talent acquisition and provide performance coaching for team members in alignment with organizational goals.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in security tool design, development, and integration into engineering workflows is required.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects including tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets is required.
• Proficiency in data security techniques such as encryption, hashing, masking, and access management is required.
• Experience conducting compliance assessments and managing business continuity and disaster recovery plans is required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional partnerships and coach team members on strategic relationship building is required.
• Experience in talent acquisition, including leading interviews and managing a talent pipeline, is required.
