What we're looking for
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.

Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using Java, Python, and SQL.
Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS.
Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools to create, troubleshoot, and refine outputs for security and performance.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies (CI/CD), application resiliency, and security.
Knowledge of Databricks and ML frameworks including Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and Pandas (preferred).
