Senior Software Engineering Manager, Agentic Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Build, mentor, and manage an inclusive organization of high-performing engineers.
• Define the strategic vision and technical roadmap for agentic workflows and developer experiences.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-year projects while balancing rapid iteration with architectural stability.
• Design and build production-grade agentic systems and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence focusing on reliability, throughput, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Champion secure-by-design and privacy-by-design principles in all architecture and delivery.
• Advocate for team resources and technical direction by presenting work to executive leadership.
• Promote the adoption of generative AI tools and agentic workflows to improve developer productivity.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of engineering management experience delivering complex, large-scale projects across multiple teams or organizations.
• Solid technical foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling developer tools, ML infrastructure, or AI systems from concept to production.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence to influence all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and handle rapidly shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong working proficiency and conceptual understanding of generative AI, foundation models, and agentic workflows (preferred).
• Experience with Private Cloud Compute, on-device/cloud ML inference pipelines, or Apple silicon-adjacent infrastructure (preferred).
