Senior Manager, Software Engineering, Agentic IT Operations

What you'll do

• Architect and ship agentic AI systems using LLM-based agents, RAG, and orchestration frameworks for enterprise IT domains.
• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents to execute complex, multi-step enterprise workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Engineer robust integration and automation platforms spanning ServiceNow, ERP, procurement systems, and endpoint-management platforms.
• Set engineering standards by co-authoring production code, conducting rigorous code reviews, and driving system design for critical components.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent while building a high-performing team culture grounded in engineering excellence.
• Define and execute a multi-quarter technical roadmap for automation tied to quantifiable business outcomes like cost reduction and SLA improvement.
• Drive disciplined execution through project prioritization, milestone tracking, capacity planning, and maintaining engineering velocity.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on software engineering experience in Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including hiring, growing, and managing IT engineers.
• Deep expertise in designing and shipping production software systems, integrations, automation platforms, and data pipelines for enterprise scale.
• Track record of modernizing enterprise IT operations and deploying agentic AI into production with measurable business outcomes.
• Production-grade proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Fluency in Python, Go, or equivalent languages to architect, write, and review production-quality code.
• Executive-level communication skills to translate complex technical capabilities into quantifiable business value for VP/C-level audiences.
